Official Eiffel Tower and Paris gigapixel Aerial 360 by Pixelcase

Pixelcase was chosen by the Eiffel Tower Company and UNITEAM to create a new way of viewing the world’s most iconic structure.

The result was a 50 million pixels of gigapixel imagery, aerial panoramas and over 400 building tags which highlight the buildings throughout the amazing city of Paris.

Due to the restrictions of using multi-rotor drones around the tower, Pixelcase devised a unique remote controlled capture system suspended on the end of a 15 metre carbon fibre pole to create views that would otherwise be impossible.

Since the launch – we are pleased to have received another FWA mobile site of the day for this project!
